Latest Information July 31, 2008 Field work commenced. The field work program which will include mapping, soil geochemistry, rock chip sampling and orientation ground scintillometer traverses over previously identified radiometric and magnetic targets. It is anticipated that results will be available during the coming quarter. The possible timing of an AEM Survey is being finalized. March 31, 2008 A desk top review of was completed. A field work program which will include mapping, soil geochemistry, rock chip sampling and orientation ground scintillometer traverses over previously identified radiometric and magnetic targets is scheduled to commence in this coming quarter. January 31, 2007 Existing historical exploration data within the Northern Territory Geological Survey Database was reviewed. Through the detailed interpretation of airborne magnetic and radiometric data, ten first-order, seven second-order, and three third-order uranium anomalies were identified. They are associated with the Antrim Plateau Volcanics, Cretaceous, Tertiary or Quaternary Sediments, Lothari Hill Sandstone and Hooker Creek Formation, range in strike length up to 10.22 km and are up to 2.84 km in width. In addition, two first-order magnetic anomalies were identified, along with three other (?) anomalies. (May 1/07) |
