Artemis Resources announced it has sold its majority interest in the Yangibana Rare Earths Project in Western Australia for up to $4 million. The initial payment is for a total of $2 million with a further $2 million payable on achievement of a project milestone.

Hastings Rare Metals Ltd., entered into an agreement with Artemis Resources Limited., to acquire a 60% interest in the Yangibana Rare Earth Project in Western Australia.
