November 30, 1999 A preliminary prospectus has been filed for Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd initial public offering for a minimum of CDN$3.0 million and a maximum of $9.0 million, to close prior to December 31, 1999. Wesdome Gold Mines is a newly created company into which the ownership of the contiguous Siscoe, Siscoe-Extension, Wesdome, Lamothe, Lamothe-Extension, Yankee Clipper and Callahan properties in the Val d'Or area, Quebec, will be pooled upon the closing of the offering. Prior to the offering, Wesdome will be 84.5% owned by Western Quebec and 15.5% owned by Dynacor Mines and Dynacor shareholders.
