September 30, 2005 At Martha, 21 surface trenches and 44 underground channels were completed for a total of 533 metres. Highlights included a 6.5m grading 14.2g/t Au and 73 g/t Ag, from trench YCTR009. The tested structure is 400 metres long, 2.0 to 14 metres wide and is mineralized to 150 metres down dip. A total of 48 regional trenches, for 609 metres, were cut across the two principal structural trends along strike of Martha and San Francisco. Approximately 8.0 kilometres of strike was covered from north to south.
In 2004, a short reconnaissance sampling and mapping program was carried out during the year. The aim was to identify the southerly strike extension of the main San Francisco structural zone. Further surface and underground mapping, trenching and channel sampling are planned to define future drill targets. From 50 samples that were collected along selected intervals across the strike of the San Francisco structure, 9 were taken from underground adits and 26 had grades above the detection limit of 1g/t.
