September 30, 2008 In the quarter ended Sept30/08, Yarrabee open cut produced 369,000 tonnes for the quarter with sales of 289,000 tonnes. Most of
the Yarrabee thermal coal was set aside to be washed to a pci specification. Design of the coal preparation plant is complete and equipment and steel has been ordered. Commissioning is targeted for June 2009.
