Ethan Minerals Limited announced that the Company has completed a placement of 10,773,037 fully paid shares (equivalent to 15% of the pre placement capital and 13.04% of the post placement capital) at the price of A$0.195 to raise A$2.1 million. The majority of the funds raised will be applied to the completion of the recently announced lease acquisitions for the Manganese and Copper/Gold Projects in Zambia and the Mary Springs lead project in Western Australia.
