March 31, 2005 The Company undertook further discussions with proposed technical partners in the project. The Company has also been awaiting clarification from the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan as to how the Company might progress the proposed joint venture for the Zarmitan Gold Project between the Company and two Uzbek government owned entities - Navoi Mining & Metallurgical Combinate (“Navoi”) and Goscomgeologia (Uzbek State Geological Agency).
