Latest Information December 31, 2008 Reported that at Mucumbura, reconnaissance geological mapping, ground geophysics and a preliminary assessment of the two remaining licences were completed. The results of this work confirmed that the uranium potential at Mucumbura is associated with conglomeratic pebble beds similar to the adjacent Kanyemba uranium deposits in Zimbabwe. Mildly elevated scintillometer values along theses horizons indicate predominately thorium and potassium with a low remaining uranium potential.
At Zumbu, stream sediment sampling and termite mound sampling programmes were completed during
the quarter. Results of this work defined a 10 x 3km gold in stream sediment anomaly with gold values up to a peak of 696ppb Au
