Auracle Geospatial Science (AGS) provides a complete remote sensing and geospatial service for mining and mineral exploration. We go from data acquisition, through processing and analysis to the production of spatial data. Mineral exploration is a high investment and high risk industry. Our advanced geospatial solutions help leading global exploration companies to identify, analyze and act on remote sensing information to make decisions worthy of the investment in order to manage risk and increase prospectivity.

AGS acquires spatial data from the best applicable sources, including customized data collection. We use satellite imagery and aerial photos from sensors such as Radarsat-1, Radarsat-2, WorldView-1, WorldView-2, GeoEye, SPOT 5, ASTER, Landsat and ALOS to create maps and models that are easily interpreted and visually pleasing.

Results are orthorectified and georeferenced. They can be presented with digital and mapped data derivatives, including:

  • Digital Elevation Models (DEMs)
  • Topographic Maps
  • Watershed Maps
  • Contour Maps
  • Slope maps
  • Structural, fracture and Lineament Models
  • Mineral and Alteration Spectral Class Maps
  • Thermal Anomaly Maps
  • Upgraded Geological Maps
  • Target Generation Zones

AGS has developed specialized protocols to fuse data from dissimilar sources that go beyond what most other remote sensing companies can do. These unique image data sets contain information to more clearly identify fault structures, rock lithologies, alterations and blind phenomena that can't be extracted from simple satellite images, aerial Lidar images or geological maps. Structures and alterations with the highest probabilities of mineralization are identified so that ground exploration concentrates on smaller, more detailed target areas. These methodologies have been used to identify probable:

  • Skarns,
  • Porphyry deposits
  • Veins,
  • Surficial Uranium Deposits,
  • SEDEX,
  • VMS and
  • Kimberlites.

Because this process often includes archived data, it can be used for mineral detection on surface and sub-surface deposits, throughout the year, in virtually all weather and in remote areas.

Avoid the hassles and costs associated with obtaining licenses and permits. Our work doesn't require social license or a permit and qualifies for work credits.
