Easy to maintain and operate, Bico Inc. machinery has been designed with the operator in
mind. All the
crushing and pulverizing surfaces are very accessible and easily cleaned between samples. Our Chipmunk Jaw Crushers
even allow for complete removal of the entire stationary jaw assembly. An air hose has proven to provide the simplest
method of cleaning the grinding chambers.
To further address user comfort issues, we have developed a Dust Collection Bench that compliments our Disk
Pulverizers and Chipmunk Jaw Crushers. This unit is a "down draft" style work table that will house any one of these
machines, and collects nuisance dust by drawing air down through the grated table surface into a filter, then expels
the air into the same room, eliminating the need for any additional duct work. This unit filters at a remarkable
efficiency of 99.999 @ 0.5 microns.
