Your Comfort
One of the most popular options featured on a seat are the armrests, a comfortable place for your arms while you take care of a hard day’s work. We have long ones; short ones, ones that fold up to facilitate accessing and leaving the seat, go side-to-side, some that adjust vertically or horizontally, and even some with a touch control dome for easy adjustment, or adaptable with control holders. A popular addition to most seats is the headrest. Available to fit on most seats, the headrest is a great feature and could possibly prevent neck injury. Your Safety
Seat belts are the most popular safety feature on most seats, but did you know there are more than one kind to choose from? To name a few different kinds there are: retractable, static, 2 point, 3 point, 4 point, orange ones, black ones, long ones, shorter ones, some with super sleeves, as well as some with operator’s presence switches in them.

Hip restraints are mounted on each side of a seat to keep you in place. Mostly used for machines that have high elevations, where the driver could fall out and sustain serious injuries, popularly used in forklifts and similar machines. These hip restraints used in combination with one of our many seat belts could certainly prevent injuries caused by tipping over, falling out and more.

Operator’s presence switches (limit switches) are installed mostly in the seats, but are also available in seat belts. The weight of the driver on the cushion indicates to the machine that it is safe to go. If the driver were to get off the seat or fall out while the machine is in use, the operator’s presence switch would simply shut down the machine instantly. When the operator presence switch is placed in a seat belt, it ensures that the driver of the machine has completely buckled in and will only allow the machine to operate when the seat belt is properly fastened.
