The InLine Pressure Jig (IPJ) is a compact, low cost, continuous process that requires minimal infrastructure or logistical support. The unit is designed to be able to handle a wide feed size range and recover mineral at liberation size without significant addition of water to the mass balance. A considerable volume of data now supports the symbiotic benefits of an IPJ and flotation a circuit combination to pre-concentrate an ore and minimise downstream processing requirements. |
The InLine Spinner (ISP) is a fully automated centrifugal concentrator which has been installed to upgrade InLine Pressure Jig concentrates, scavenge centrifugal concentrator and table tails, and as a primary concentrator. The InLine Spinner is a zero water consumption bowl. The bowl is fully automated for high recovery, high upgrade and high security. The InLine Spinner offers significant operational and capital cost advantages. |
 The InLine Leach Reactor (ILR) is used to recover gold and silver via treating both free gold and sulphide concentrates produced by batch centrifugal concentrates. Traditionally concentrates from these separators are upgraded by shaking tables. Replacing these tables with an ILR will significantly improve recoveries and lower the security risks generally associated with gravity circuits. The fast leach kinetics and aggressive chemical conditions of the ILR have also been shown to limit the impact of sulphide minerals such as stibnite, pyrrhotite and pyrites in complex sulphide gold leaching. Accordingly, the ILR offers potential to significantly increase overall mill recoveries. |
The Python processing system, originally designed for underground pre-concentration, is currently being used to bring forward gold production from waste rock dumps. The principle of the Python involves size reduction, screening, gravity and flotation pre-concentration. Test work has shown that there is enough gold left in the waste rock dumps to allow companies to reprocess them in a safe, relatively low-cost business to generate profitable ounces and address environmental issues. |
