OUR TEAM
International Cross Cultural Management Inc. under the guidance of Dr. Rodrigo Mattos is the organization leader under which all the mentioned qualifications are met. Dr. Mattos has more than 25 years experience not only as English/Spanish translator but also in the fields of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, Management, Business and Cross-Cultural Communications. He holds an English/Spanish Certificate in Professional Translation from the University of Toronto, a Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois and the Colorado School of Mines, respectively and a B.Sc in Mining and Metallurgical Engineering from the National University of Colombia.
Dr. Mattos industrial experience has been equally broad as his academic background: his engineering career started as a head of a metallurgical production plant followed as a director of a very large international open pit coal mining project and then as general manager of several ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgical plants.
