A unique area where P.R. Engineering Limited stands out, is in babbitting. We have the experience and capability of babbitting new and rebabbitting used bearings of all sizes and configurations. We can pour a single bearing requiring up to 2700 lbs of babbitt. Due to our reputation in this industry we pour between 80,000 to 100,000 lbs. of babbitt annually. All bearings poured at P.R. Engineering are finish machined, grooved and ultrasonically tested to the customer's requirements in our own facility.
