SEARCH ASSIGNMENTS:
In conducting a Search
Assignment for a client company, we complete an in-depth
discussion regarding tbe breadth and scope of the position's
responsibilities, financial remuneration, geographical location
and what the new community will have to offer the candidate as
well as their family members.
We provide the hiring
authorities with candidates who meet the specified requirements
and assist both parties throughout the entire interview and
placement process. This includes conducting post-interview
reviews in order to determine the level of interest of both the
candidate and the client.
Once a mutually-agreed
upon "package" is accepted, we arrange for a timely and
expedient start date to bring the new Team Members on-board.
