Philosophy and Guidelines / Quality Assurance
Precisely when Redpath's philosophy and guidelines were written, and how they were first distributed, has been lost to memory. What is known for sure is that they came from the pen of company founder, Jim Redpath. He formulated the philosophy very early in the company's existence, and it derived from his belief that the focus of every employee must be on doing a good job for the client.
Redpath believes that respecting the environment is integral for the success of our company and our industry. Our company continually works to ensure that our projects comply with all regulations, client requirements and the objectives of the project. Environmental initiatives are encouraged on sites and offices in our regions, whether it is a recycling program, water reclamation system or waste disposal program.
Engineering for the safe shipping of our equipment and supplies includes consideration for environmental factors relating to international transport. The environmental impact of our work is taken into consideration on each and every project and we take pride in our extensive experience successfully working in environmentally sensitive areas.
Redpath is a proud business member of every global region we work in and we strongly believe community involvement is important to the quality of life for our employees. Our global family is rich in cultural and lingual diversity and we take numerous opportunities to celebrate and support regional promotions, youth sports leagues, charitable activities and the arts.
