Finite Element Analysis

To meet the high standards expected by professional engineers and to ensure the strength and durabili1y of the system would far exceed other portable floating product available, we completed extensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tests on the designed components. Thus ensuring that in the tough and rugged industrial mining world, we offer a product that offers superior performance at a far more affordable price

Floatation & Ballast

In some certain circumstances, additional ballast may be required to assist in the performance of the structure. For this, we suggest the use of internal sand bag ballast that travel the full internal length of the float unit rather than uncontrollable ballast that can move such as water.

Xrosswater Anchor Load Indicators

The anchors are available in wide range of configurations and are interchangeable relating to strength, length, number of helical bearing plates, helical diameters, and optional Installation techniques.

Learning from other system failures, we created an anchor load indicators to assist in the overall management for longterm users. Anchor Load Indicators, produced in bright colour to visually indicate to the operators the loads that the anchor chains are enduring. Once the load on any of the independent anchors exceeds a pre determined level, the load indicator will detach, illustrating to the operator that chain adjustments are necessary.

Thus the operator is able to record all the adjustments that have been made and evaluate which anchor is performing correctly, potentially slipping and / or insecure

To assist in overcoming the complications of modern day international freight and prevention against, smuggling, dumping, contraband and / or illegal or unlicensed exports, we have incorporated the services of SGS, (Society General Surveillance) who offer pre-shipment quality and quantity inspection and certification. Certification is now mandatory in many countries and this certification often eases the strains involved with Customs & Excise in entering or passing through countries en-route to the final destination.
