NORTHERN CONTINENTAL RESOURCES INC.
Northern Continental Resources has reached a deal with Roughrider Uranium giving it the option to spend CAD2 million to earn a 40% interest in a Russell Lake, Saskatchewan, property in Canada. Once the joint-venture deal has been signed, all litigation between the companies will be dropped. The agreement says Roughrider must spend CAD1 million on or before Sept. 30 and a further CAD1 million by Sept. 30, 2006, qualifying for assessment credits.
