BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION, GATEWAY MINING LIMITED and RED 5 LIMITED
The newly merged Barrick-Placer gold group has signed a deal with junior Australian explorers Red 5 Ltd and Gateway Mining Nl covering tenements in Western Australia. Placer has signed a three-way farm-in, joint venture deal with the two Australian companies, reports Australian Associated Press.
