CALEDONIA MINING CORPORATION and KINROSS GOLD CORPORATION
Zimbabwe's Competition and Tariffs Commission (CTC) is reportedly probing Canadian firm, Caledonia Mining Corporation, for breaching regulatory procedures by failing to notify the commission on their acquisition of Blanket Gold Mine, reports Mineweb. Caledonia Mining Corporation acquired Blanket Mine, which is in the southwestern parts of the country and about 150 km from the capital Harare, from another Canadian mining concern, Kinross Gold, in June this year.
