Australian investment banking company Africa Pacific Capital (APC) has boosted its efforts to pursue opportunities in the South African resources sector with its acquisition of Blackfriars Court Investment Holdings, a Johannesburg-based corporate and technical advisory group focused on the resources sector, reports Mineweb.
