IMPERIAL METALS CORPORATION and TASEKO MINES LIMITED
BcMetals Corp.'s (TSXV:C) board of directors says Taseko Mines Ltd.'s (TSX:TKO) latest takeover offer is superior to a friendly bid by Imperial Metals Corp. (TSX:III), but it hasn't withdrawn its recommendation of Imperial's offer to shareholders.
