As áreas estão situadas na porção sudoeste do Estado do Ceará, nas localidades denominadas de Bestas e Tamanduá, distrito e município de Novo Oriente. Elas foram pesquisadas pelos especialistas do Setor de Geologia do Grupo Carbomil S.A, seguindo os regulamentos estabelecidos ao que dispõe o item VII do artigo 25 do código de mineração, que trata o Relatório Final de Pesquisa.

The 22-claim, ~200-km2 Rainbow property is located in southwestern Nunavut. It encompasses a 42-km strike length of a northeast-trending greenstone belt containing gold-mineralized oxide-sulphide facies iron formation and nickel-mineralized komatiite-basalt volcanic flows.

The TAZ sediment-hosted gold project consists of 142 lode claims (4.6 sq mi / 11.9 sq km) along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Gold Trend in Eureka County, Nevada. The project covers a Carlin-style alteration cell in carbonate rocks that are age-equivalent to gold-bearing host rocks at the Cortez Hills, Pipeline and Gold Bar deposits.

The HOG sediment-hosted gold project is made up of 39 contiguous lode claims along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Gold Trend in Eureka County, Nevada. The project is 1.9 mi (3 km) east of US Gold's Tonkin Springs gold deposits and bounded on the east and west by Bravo Ventures Group, Inc. (''Bravo'') claims comprising their Pete Hanson project.

The ore deposit is an intrusion-related distal replacement type associated with important thrusting. Zinc and lead are disseminated, the mineralogy is simple: iron poor sphalerite and silver poor galena in calcite, barite and quartz. The control on mineralisation is lithological and structural with high grade concentrated in steep fault structures N-NW/S-SE. The ore deposit is considered as world class type.
