Mining is done with a mobile plant that will treat 100 cubic meters per hour with only 2 men.
The mine is run by 2 operators who are brought in from Papua New Guinea (PNG). A 3rd person is required to do maintenance and repairs. The 3rd person is required as the PNG operators can't do this. If 1 person can do this then the mine only needs 2 people
The mine has approval to bring in 4 operators from PNG however only 2 have been brought in at this stage. The plan was to run a night shift
