Location
The mining deposits, San Juan of the Rimac and San Juan of the Rímac I, are located in the of Santa Cruz of Cocachacra and Ricardo Palma districts, Huarochiri's province, region Lima; at Km. 47 of the Central road, in the area of the basin of the Rimac river.
The access to the deposits is by road in good conditions approaching roads of former mining operations.
Legal Aspects
The title areas of the mining petitionaries of S. J. del Rimac and S. J. del Rímac I are 139 Ha and 200 Ha., respectively; they are registered in the SUNARP, government institution based on Lima, Items 12053438 and 12054505, addressed to Soc. Miner of Limited Responsibility S. Juan del Rímac.
The titles are free-tax and other payments for rights of force are equally in order.
Results of the Analysis
The preliminary geological investigation in zone of seam indicates that would exists approximately 15 millions of prospective metric tonnes. Analysis carried on in Laboratory indicated the following results:

Economics Aspects
Both mining rights are highly mineralized. Preliminary samplings taken at random demonstrate the presence in the whole area of: Pb, Ag, Au, Cu, Fe and Zn.
Technical Aspects
The location of the deposits, apart from possessing the suitable routes of transport, possesses areas for disposition of camps and all kind of constructions necessary for the exploitation and processing of mineral, as well as water, energy and workforce.
