The Red Lake Pine property is located in the southern part of Quebec about 70 kilometers north of Montreal. The Titanium-Iron Ore mineralization on the Red Lake Pine property can be divided into two types: One is widespread low grade (20-22% Fe, 6-8% TiO2) disseminated titaniferous magnetite-ilmenite mineralization, the second is a well-defined north trending zone of higher grade massive to disseminated hemo-ilmenite mineralization over a total strike length of 5,600 feet and varying in width from 180 feet to 520 feet. An estimated probable reserve of three different target areas located within the property boundary is 135,980,000 tons
