The US Grant precious metals refining mill is 9,230 sq. ft. and is able to concentrate up to 120 tons of oxide ore per day and 400 tons of suiphide ore per day. The current owners have spent over $1.3 million refurbishing the mill and mines to get them permitted and up to state requirements. The property includes 5 deeded and patented mining claims and 30 unpatented mining claims.
