It has been established from the Research Report 84, Institute for Geological Research on the Bushfield Complex, Mineralogical and Geological Research on the Bushfield Complex; Mineralogical and Geochemical investigations of the Gold deposit in this Farm has two PGE ore bearing reefs crossing the property, identified as the _.

This is the last available unexploited portion of the mineral rich Merensky and UG2 reefs, endowed with the world highest concentration of PGM's.
All Platinum Mining Companies operating on the Reef are extracting between
6 to 7 grams of PT ton of soil processed. The mining Group has secured the mining rights on there property, permitting it to mine the minerals Pt,Vd,AU,Ni,Co.

In term of its Mining Rights, TGM is not under any Government time pressures to mine immediately, nor have they any interference from local tribes of whatever nature.

In our calculations below, we have conservatively estimated the PT content at 5 gram per ton, disregarding the potential of extracting all other minerals known to be found in the high concentrations in this location.

IN SITU VALUE OF PLATINUM DEPOSIT.

Total ore bearing sand: 72 million tones.
Allow 25% for possible losses in ore bearing reserves = 54 million tones.
Estimated PT contend: 54 m tones x 5gm/ton = 270 tones Platinum.
Total in situ value of PT: 2701 x 1000kg/ton x 35.26 ounces/kg x US$ 890 per ounce = US$ 8,472,978,000.00 GOLD DEPOSITS There are two types of gold deposits on the property:

The first deposit is shallow and found on the top soil, an average of 1 gram per ton is achievable up to a depth of 4 meters.
The second deposit has been identified below 7 meters, the recovery rate estimated at 5 grams per ton.
