This prospect is situated along strike from Newmont's Jundee Gold Mine within the Yandal greenstone belt.
Historic drill logs targeting Nickel and Base metals show Jundee style of mineralisation however the samples were not assayed for gold. Recent surface sampling shows strong Au anomalies around targets and some small nuggets have been found nearby.
Jundee's mill is located 10km from the lease boundary and any ore proved up could be sold or toll treated through this mill. I believe the mine is chasing oxide ore to blend with their rich underground ore.
The lease is around 10sqkm in size. A presentation is available on request.
