The Red Hills Property consists of Seventy-three unpatented mining claims and is located approximately 42 miles northwest of Ely, Nevada on the southwestern flank of the Kern Mountains, White Pine County, Nevada. The property covers silver, gold, base metal replacement mineralization in Lower Paleozoic sedimentary rock.

Exploration History: There are no records of early production history although several prospects and adits attest to some local production. Replacement zones in limestone were reported to contain values averaging 14 opt silver (with highs of up to 40 opt), 0.03 opt gold, 10% lead, 0.5% zinc and 0.2% copper. Cordex acquired the property in 2007 and has completed a geologic map of the area and taken numerous surface rock samples.

Geology and Mineralization: The property is underlain by northerly striking, generally westerly dipping Cambrian through Ordovician sedimentary rocks with two zones of mineralization. In the northern zone silver, gold and base metal mineralization is hosted in carbonates, Quartzite and Dolomites along northerly and easterly trending breccia zones. Silver is the most significant metal in the area and averages of 3.6 opt in those samples (20) with = 1.0 opt. A single high sample assayed 71.2 opt. Gold averaged 0.025 opt in those samples (14) with = 0.01 opt. Zinc and lead averaged 2.14% and 0.96% respectively in those samples with = 1000 ppm. In the southern zone, mineralization that appears to be enriched relative to base metals is confined to replacement and calc-silicate altered zones within the Pogonip Group Goodwin Limestone. Silver and gold values are of similar grade as the northern zone but are less abundant in number and extent.

Targets: The prospect warrants further definition of the trends, extent, style and grade of the mineralization. The presence of weak calc-silicate alteration locally is indicative of an intrusive at depth. A ground magnetometer survey is recommended prior to drill testing.
