A northerly striking (1300 m x 500m ) westerly dipping marble occurs along the western contact of a 2000 m long x 500 m wide quartz diorite stock.
Entire marble unit 1300 m long x 500 m wide. Bright white, highly pure material estimated as 600 m strike length and less than 300 m true thickness.
Three grab samples of marble collected during brief prospecting program
Brightness test on 95 to 96 indicated on three samples. ICP Whole Rock analyses indicate very high calcium oxide, very low magnesium oxide MgO (<0.74%), very low silica content (SiO2 <0.61%), very low iron Fe2O3 (<0.08%).
