The auriferous alluvial deposit is located in the northeastern Bolivia, Pando department, Federico Roman Privince, Nueva Esperanza zone, a place overvalued by a high-quality gold producing. The property is formed by two mining concessions covering a total 525 hectares.
Geologically, the area is located over the Precambric Basament which is part of the geomorphic unity know as Llanura Beniana. The deposit is part of paleochannel which is an old course of Madera river, which is taken as boundary with Brazil. Within paleochannel, the river disposed its auriferous charge, consisting on fine gold taken off its oxide constituents like copper and silver, due to huge transport suffered along more than 1,000 km of distance from its origin. One is gold particles of an average of 0,2 millimeters of diameter, of subcleared and flat forms distributed in distributed in locally consolidated loose gravel or, of an average of 2 inches of size.
Prospecting and exploration workings were Developer, in addition to facilities like access roads, between other facilities. A total of 338 hectares have been explored estimating reserves of:

El yacimiento aurífero aluvial, se encuentra ubicado en el Noreste de Bolivia, Departamento de Pando, Provincia Federico Román, Cantón Nueva Esperanza, zona conocida también con el nombre de Araras, muy cotizada y valorada por producir oro de la mejor calidad. La propiedad está constituida por 2 concesiones mineras con un total de 525 hectáreas.
Geológicamente, el área se ubica sobre el Basamento Precámbrico que es parte de la unidad geomórfica conocida como Llanura Beniana. El depósito es parte de un paleocanal, que es un curso antiguo del río Madera, el cual constituye la frontera con el Brasil. En dicho paleocanal, el río depositó en épocas geológicas anteriores.
