The Blulight Claim covers a large area of intruded and hornfelsed Mississippian greenstone and an associated early Jurassic granodiorite intrusive containing Eocene pegmatite dykes containing Scheelite and Powellite mineralization. Assay results range from trace to 7.93% W. Also included are fluorite, flourapatite, and beryl. Skarn alteration is reported to include Magnetite-Chalcopyrite occurrences which include up to 0.89% Tin in an unspecified mineral. As well as the tungsten and skarn occurrences, the possibility of porphyry copper-gold mineralization should not be overlooked in the vicinity. The Minfile showing location is not plotted correctly in regards to the showing area. The property is located 13 km east of Jennings Lake in the Liard Mining Division, south of the Alaska Highway.
