HydrometMine is a new section within InfoMine's Mining Technology Page. Partnered by AMEC Mining & Metals, this new addition is a "must see" for those interested in all aspects of the new and innovative processes involved with alternative methods of processing metallurgically complex ores. HydrometMine provides a forum for reviewing the various aspects of hydrometallurgical processing as part of mining operations and to inform industry professionals about the latest innovations in these processing technologies. This site will highlight technical papers presented on subjects related to:
alternative processing methods
processing lower grade ores more efficiently and economically
processing complex ores and recycling materials for sustainable development
As this section is in an early stage of development, the viewing audience is encouraged to contribute with articles for publication, suggestions and/or feedback.

Meet Marcela Diaz! Marcela has been with InfoMine for the past 7 months working as our Latin American Marketing Consultant. Native to Costa Rica, Marcela's career path has been both academic and commercial, particularly focused on the Central and South American markets. She is a graduate from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica with a Bachelor in International Affairs/Business and is currently pursuing her MBA. Her expertise has proven to be very valuable to InfoMine as our Latin American contact. Marcela has been responsible for all Spanish job postings, the recent launching of our new
