The Davidson (Yorke-Hardy) project is an underground molybdenum deposit located nine kilometers West of Smithers, British Columbia.
A feasibility study on the deposit is currently being conducted and is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2007.
The study is examining the feasibility of mining 2,000 tonnes of high-grade ore per day from the deposit and shipping it for processing to Thompson Creek Metals' Endako facility 200 kilometres away, beginning in 2008. Planned mining methods are selective bulk underground methods. In the second quarter of 2007, the Company intends to file an application with the Province of British Columbia for an Environmental Assessment Certificate.
