KSO is located in Bolikhamsay Province near the town of Lak Sao in Lao P.D.R. The concession consists of several hundred square kilometers of property. We are currently operating 4 open pits on the Houay Keh ore body and have plans to open up the Nam Pan ore body in the near future. KSO presently mines 1.5 million tons ore and about 6 million tons waste annually. We are currently expanding our mining and production capability as we develop our reserves. Most gold is recovered by gravity methods at present. Construction is underway to erect a CIL/CIP circuit, with start-up scheduled for 3rd quarter 2011. KSO employs over 90% Lao national work force.
