Current Status
Olympus Pacific Minerals is currently operating Bong Mieu Gold Mine which was commissioned in April 2006. It is the first modern gold plant to be opened in Vietnam since the early 1940s. Olympus has embarked on aggressive exploration programs in central Vietnam, in the Bong Mieu and Phuoc Son gold fields, with development of the Dak Sa mine Phuoc Son currently underway.
